This is not my first, or my second, but my third MSN space.  I prefer not to think of myself as a complete flake who can't make up her mind, but rather a thoughtful author who needed a couple rough drafts to hit her stride.

My first space was created mainly to test out the new features and kick the tires so to speak.  My second space, Life Before Sixty, was created to chronicle the adventures of one of my World of Warcraft Characters.  However, I discovered early on that such a specific theme prevented me from writing about other topics (yes there are other things than World of Warcraft to write about: shocking!) that interest me. 

For almost two years I had a pretty active blog going, but as is the case with many interests and hobbies I burned out.  I find that when writing becomes a chore or a "must do" it's best to quickly walk away and take a nap.  That said, in my case there are many situations when indeed a nap is called for.

I have to say I'm pretty exicted about MSN spaces (disclaimer: as noted above, I work for Microsoft).  The ability to create and assign categories to entries is very appealing.  Now I can feel free to share stories from World of Warcraft or wax poetic about how much I lurves my puppaloo.  And you, the noble reader is now free to easily read whichever posts grab your interest.  I also love how snappy it is to upload pictures and create custom lists, something I plan to do a lot of, so stay tuned.

I've created a couple post catagories already, and the entire collection is shaping up to be someting like this:

WOW Adventures - I have 6 characters on the Stonemaul realm which provide a lot of fodder for posts.

Random Musings - Even though I was pretty burned out on blogging for awhile, I did manage to post every time something struck me as so interesting I felt the need to share with the internet ether.

Puppy Love - Like most dog owners I'm completely obssessed with my dog and enjoy sharing every little detail of his fascinating pupster life.

RX400hGirl - I'm getting a brand spanking new car tomorrow, and you can be sure I'm going to want to write about it.

You HAVE to see/read/hear/watch this! - If I see/read/hear/watch something that I find to be phenomenal, then it becomes my mission in life to make sure everyone does the same.  Look for lists to support this category.  Or at least a link to my Netflix queue.

/fingers crossed that this is the last blog I create for awhile, and that I have as much fun spending time here as I did over at Blogger.  weeeeeee.
